Return Policy

At Kurt Aspland Studio, we want you to love your original watercolor painting. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for physical artwork.

Return Conditions

Artwork must be in original condition, unused, and returned in the protective packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned piece.

Digital Products & Online Classes

Digital downloads and online classes are non-refundable due to their nature.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your painting arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
